The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page two, line six, after the word "authorized" by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words, "with the following amendments:
On page one, subsection 2.3, by striking out the words 'a pocket identification card containing the licensee's photograph' and inserting in lieu thereof the following words 'a government issued photo identification card (i.e. driver's license) that is available upon request by a board representative at the time of inspection or investigation.'; and
Beginning on page one by striking out subsections 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8 in their entireties."
